Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our website and the fact that it is a downloadable product and guide, we have a relatively strict refund policy which you should read carefully.

Jailbreak Membership

Getthebest365 does not offer a ‘free-trial’. Our ’30 day money back guarantee’ option doesn’t apply if you fail to use the software within 30 days of purchase, after this time you will have no grounds to apply for a refund unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any request for a refund should state the reason, date of purchase and provide a confirmation that you will destroy all Jailbreak or Support software and information once a refund is agreed. To apply for a refund please email support@Getthebest365.com.

Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies if the grounds for the refund request are that the software or tutorial is inappropriate or does not meet your requirements. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible after purchase. We will consider all factors when determining whether to give a refund, including how much technical support time was used by the client and the time since purchasing. No refund will be considered unless you have exhausted all possible routes of support.

If a refund is granted your account will be suspended indefinitely.

iPhone Factory Unlock Service

1. Once an order has been submitted to supplier it can not be amended, canceled or refunded.

2. This service will not work on iPhones that have been reported lost or stolen or have been claimed against using insurance. Any order that comes back as a blocked phone will not be refunded, a copy of the blacklist report will be provided to verify that your handset is blocked

3. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct IMEI No & details of their phone(iphone model, currently locked network, etc). Should we be given inaccurate information your phone will not unlock & no refund will be offered if this is the case. Please ensure you provide us with the FULL 15 digit IMEI as displayed on your phones screen (goto Settings, General, About, IMEI No) do not give us the IMEI from your phone’s box.

4. This service will only work on iPhones locked to our supported network (check our pricelist). Please do not submit IMEIs locked to any other network as they will not get unlocked & you will not receive a refund.

5. Getthebest365.com are not responsible for failed unlocks due to hardware or software faults on any device, once the unlock has been confirmed by Apple a reufnd can not be issued. Should your handset not be able to restore/update using iTunes & all of our trouble shooting steps fail to resolve the problem you will need to contact Apple for further assistance (who may well offer to replace your phone)

6. We aim to process all orders within 1-10 working days of placing your order. Sometimes this may not be possible due to heavy demand/service problems. Getthebest365.com have no control of this & will not be held responsible if our delivery aim can not be met. Should we not be able to deliver within a satisfactory time frame the buyer is free to cancel at any time provided the order has not been processed or is being processed by our supplier

7. A non refundable $5 charge is applied to each order to cover the cost of network/blacklist verification.

8. All processing time services only apply for business hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific USA Time) from Monday to Saturday.
